Our design-build services include the customized planning, design, engineering, and construction of buildings to meet the client's specific needs. We manage the entire process from project design to completion.
By taking responsibility and control over the entire project, our design-build turnkey process allows for a more accurate costing of the project at all stages, greater flexibility throughout the design and construction processes. It also enables compressed design and construction schedules, allowing us to complete even the most aggressive construction schedules.
With over 70 years collective construction experience, our Design-Build team is led by our in-house design coordinator, Jules Seguin. Our proven construction methodology has been successfully applied to a broad range of projects that includes warehouses, offices, manufacturing facilities, recreational centers, commercial outlets, automotive sales facilities, aircraft hangars and so much more.
